Jamie S. Lobacz, APRN, MSN.
With over a decade of experience in the aesthetic industry including medical dermatology, and more than 1,000 injection treatments completed throughout her career, Jamie Lobacz, board-certified autonomous family nurse practitioner, also known as @thegingerinjector, provides consistent, natural looking results.
Her practice offers a full collection of Dysport, Xeomin and Daxxify for wrinkle reduction, as well as dermal fillers, biostimulation with Sculptra and Radiesse, SkinPen microneedling, Morpheus8, PRP injections, chemical peels, HydraFacials, medical weight loss, laser hair removal, IPL, and laser facial resurfacing.
Jamie is currently the only East Boca Raton provider of InMode's QuantumRF for soft tissue contraction and contouring. She is also on staff with the aesthetic hands-on training company Medspa From Scratch.

What I saw, and what I did about it
I spent long enough in aesthetics to watch what happens when the person recommending a treatment is paid more when you say yes to a bigger one. It is not usually dramatic. It is a slow drift, one extra syringe at a time, and the people it happens to rarely notice until they look at a photograph from three years ago.

Why this practice is built the way it is
Most places in this business are built around throughput: a menu, a rotating roster, and whoever is free that afternoon. That model is what produces the faces everyone recognises, because nobody in the room is keeping count across the years.
This one is built the other way around. Your chart goes back to the first photograph and gets compared to that, not to your last visit. The person treating you is named before you arrive. Prices are set before you sit down, and nothing is added on the day. It is a slower way to run a practice and it is the only way I know to keep a face looking like itself over ten years.

Jolie is the master esthetician here and she is the reason the skin side of this practice is not an afterthought. Injectables move structure. Skin is a longer, quieter project, and it is hers.
She trained at the Boca Beauty Academy and works in HydraFacial, chemical peels, microneedling and custom facials built around what your skin is actually doing rather than a menu name. If you come in for one thing and your barrier is wrecked, she will say so, and we will fix the order.
