What this website collects
Nothing beyond ordinary anonymous traffic measurement, and no tracking pixel on any page where you would tell me about your health. The chat window on this site is run by the practice's messaging system, and what you type into it is used only to reply to you. The booking calendar on the booking pages is provided by Vagaro, whose own privacy terms apply there.
What the practice holds
Your clinical record is held by the practice and handled under HIPAA. It is not used for marketing. No photograph of any patient is published anywhere without a signed authorisation naming the specific use, and you may refuse or withdraw that at any time without it affecting your care in any way.
Text messages
The Ginger Injector is operated by JSL Aesthetics, LLC. If you agree to receive texts from The Ginger Injector, the practice will text you about appointments, booking links, answers to your questions and a short note when a return visit may be due. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of any purchase or treatment. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt in data and consent are not shared with any third party.
