What this website collects
Nothing beyond ordinary anonymous traffic measurement. There is no chat widget, no tracking pixel on any page where you would tell me about your health, and no third-party booking widget embedded in these pages. When you book, you leave this site and go to Vagaro, whose own privacy terms apply there.
What the practice holds
Your clinical record is held by the practice and handled under HIPAA. It is not used for marketing. No photograph of any patient is published anywhere without a signed authorisation naming the specific use, and you may refuse or withdraw that at any time without it affecting your care in any way.
Text messages
Any text message from this practice is about your appointment. If you ever receive one that is not, reply STOP and it will stop.
