For Palm Beach: what I offer in Boca Raton

Xeomin, and the three other relaxers I keep
Xeomin is one of four wrinkle relaxer brands I stock. The others are Dysport, Daxxify and Jeuveau, and any of the four does the same job.
Which one I use is decided at the appointment, based on the area and on how you have responded before. If you have had one before, bring its name and how long it lasted. Effects generally last three to four months for most people, sometimes longer with Daxxify. A two week follow up is part of the treatment.
Filler, and what is not filler
I use the Restylane range (Restylane L, Defyne, Kysse, Contour and Lyft), RHA, Versa and Evolysse. Common areas are lips, cheeks, chin and jawline, and which product goes where is decided at the appointment. Filler generally lasts somewhere between six and eighteen months, depending on the product and the area.
Sculptra and Radiesse are collagen stimulators. They are not filler, they work over months, and they are generally done as a series.
Loose skin and texture start with an assessment
Loose skin anywhere, and texture, tone or crepe questions, start with the Skin and Tissue Assessment. That is 45 minutes in person with me, and you leave with a written plan and the whole cost of the course set out.
Morpheus8 Burst and QuantumRF run on the InMode Luxora platform. Neither is booked off a menu, and neither is ever planned from a photograph. QuantumRF by InMode is cleared for use where coagulation or contraction of soft tissue is needed, and I decide in person whether it is right for you.
Lasers, skin, weight loss, and where to find me
Lasers here are Erbium YAG fractional resurfacing, IPL photofacial, laser hair removal, tattoo removal and spider vein treatment. In South Florida the month matters for some laser work, and I advise on timing.
For skin I do SkinPen microneedling, alone, with VAMP or with PRP drawn from your own blood on the day. Medical weight loss here is a medically supervised program, prescribed and followed by me.
