If you live in West Boca, The Ginger Injector is my practice in Boca Raton. I am Jamie S. Lobacz, APRN, MSN, a board certified family nurse practitioner. This page sets out what I offer and which appointment to book first.
What I offer
I do wrinkle relaxers in four brands: Dysport, Daxxify, Jeuveau and Xeomin. Dosing and pricing both run by area, not by unit, because units are not comparable across brands. Which one I use is decided at the appointment.
Filler comes from the Restylane range, RHA, Versa and Evolysse. Common areas are lips, cheeks, chin and jawline, and which product goes where is decided at the appointment.
I also offer Sculptra and Radiesse, dissolving of hyaluronic acid filler, Morpheus8 Burst, QuantumRF, SkinPen microneedling with or without PRP, Erbium YAG fractional resurfacing, IPL, laser hair removal, tattoo removal, spider vein treatment and medical weight loss.
Which appointment to book first
Most things book as the treatment itself. Wrinkle relaxers, filler, Sculptra, Radiesse, dissolving filler, SkinPen, PRP, lasers and medical weight loss are all on the online booking page, and every open time is listed there.
For wrinkle relaxers and filler there is no separate consultation appointment. I talk it through with you inside that appointment, before anything is done.
Loose skin anywhere, Morpheus8, QuantumRF, and texture, tone or crepe questions start with the Skin and Tissue Assessment. It is 45 minutes in person with me. You leave with a written plan and no obligation to book anything on the day.
Morpheus8 and QuantumRF
QuantumRF by InMode is cleared for use where coagulation or contraction of soft tissue is needed. Jamie decides whether it is right for you at the Skin and Tissue Assessment, in person, and she quotes the whole course before anything is booked. Would you like the link?
Morpheus8 Burst runs on the same InMode Luxora platform, for the face and neck. It is usually a series, and the whole course is quoted before the first session. Neither device is booked off a menu, and neither is ever planned from a photograph.
What it costs, and how to reach me
The cost is set at the consultation. I set out the plan and its cost before anything is booked, and your quote does not change once your treatment is booked. It varies with the area, the product or device, and how much of it the plan calls for.
The Ginger Injector is at 2701 NW Boca Raton Blvd, Suite 107, Boca Raton, FL 33431. There is one location, and parking is right outside the suite. Hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern.
The phone is (954) 993-5421, which is my own cell. There is no receptionist, so when I am with a patient I cannot pick up. If you have symptoms or a problem after a treatment, call or text me. If it is severe, such as a change in your vision, severe pain, skin that is turning pale, dusky or blue, or trouble breathing, call 911 now.

It is my first time with filler. How does the appointment work?

You book the treatment itself, and I talk it through with you inside that appointment before anything is done. Filler generally lasts somewhere between six and eighteen months, depending on the product and the area.
I had filler somewhere else and I am not happy with it. Can you help?
Hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved, including filler placed elsewhere. At The Ginger Injector in Boca Raton, I do this in stages, usually with at least two weeks between passes. Bring the product name and the date if you have them. Dissolving books on the online booking page like any other treatment.
